The bad touch, the corrosive one you can only get once per playthrough so most people would advise waiting til max lvel 50 in TVHM but the good touch, fire, you can keep getting over and over so in my mind since lvl50 isn't max anymore and everyone should move onto uvhm and getting to lvl72 or op8 I would say just get the bad touch now and hell even the good touch. I am level 28, so it's a little weak for what I'm up against. In the game, Good.
